We also offer the Solo plan, a discounted individual plan for sites named after an individual (portfolio sites). It provides 3GB of monthly data transfer, 1 user, and 1GB storage space for $19.95/month. Any diskspace, transfer or users overage, or any use of Newsletter, Video encoding, or eCommerce features on a Solo plan will automatically upgrade the account to a Medium plan. We manually process requests for the Solo plan (to ensure that the site looks right), so if you want one, just create a Sandbox account, then ask for it.
The Verb Designer Partner Program is totally free, and all websites start out on the Sandbox plan, which is free while the site is in development.
Any paid website account may be cancelled for a refund for any reason at any time. There are no contracts. If you or one of your clients cancels and requests a refund, we will refund the payment for the most recent month of service's plan cost. No questions asked. One refund per person or designer account, please.
If your clients' needs change, you can upgrade or downgrade any website at any time. Changes will be applied retroactively to the beginning of the current billing cycle.
The only limits are the ones listed above. You can create as many pages as you'd like, and track limitless pieces of content through the Verb interface.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit card billing enables us to activate accounts immediately and automatically renew accounts every month. We can bill your clients directly for each site, or bill you for the total. Or any combination of the two.
We can only accept Purchase Orders, checks or money orders if they are a prepayment for at least two years of service and you contact us first.
